I regularly  follow the Nielsen Norman Group activity for two main reason :

1) I love read the articles of  Bruce “Tog” Tognazzini . When I worked at a computer shop developing software for the Apple // I learned the first rudiments about user interface and usability from a tutorial disk created by Bruce called  ” Apple Presents…Apple”. 2) There is always something to learn

For these reason I suggest you to read this short, but interesting interview with Jakob Nielsen.
