      ForwardContact does not collect, store or transmit any personal data.

      Contact information is read from your device's address book solely to compose the message you choose to send. No data is sent to any server.

Contacts access

ForwardContact reads your contacts exclusively to let you choose which contact details to share. Contact data is:

Never uploaded to any server
Never stored by the app beyond the current sharing session
Never used for any purpose other than composing the message you initiate

How sharing works

When you share a contact, ForwardContact passes the selected details to the native iOS sharing system (Messages, Mail) or to a third-party app (WhatsApp, Telegram) installed on your device. The transmission of that information is then handled entirely by those apps and is subject to their respective privacy policies.

QR code sharing

The QR code is generated entirely on your device and is never sent to any server. It is displayed on screen for the recipient to scan.

Network activity

ForwardContact does not connect to the internet. All operations happen locally on your device.

Required to read your address book so you can select which contact and which details to share. Contact data is never transmitted to any server.

Third-party SDKs and analytics

ForwardContact does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting or tracking SDK. No data is shared with any third party.

Children's privacy

ForwardContact does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
