      The Sovecotech app does not collect or store personal data on its own servers.

      Vehicle position data is retrieved in real time from the Sovecotech tracking platform using your existing account credentials and is never stored by this app.

Data used by the app

The app uses the following data to provide its service:

Account credentials: your Sovecotech username and password, stored securely in the iOS Keychain on your device only.
Vehicle position data: retrieved in real time from the Sovecotech platform. Not stored locally beyond the current session.
App settings and preferences: stored locally on your device.

Network activity

The app connects to the Sovecotech tracking platform servers to authenticate your account and retrieve real-time vehicle positions, route history, and related fleet data. All communication uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).

No data is sent to any server other than the Sovecotech platform.

Location

Location access is optional. When granted, your position is displayed on the map alongside your vehicles to help you find the nearest one. Your coordinates are never transmitted to any server — they are used only locally within the app.

Third-party SDKs and analytics

The Sovecotech app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting or tracking SDK. No data is shared with any third party other than the Sovecotech platform.

Children's privacy

This app is intended for professional fleet management use. It does not collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL. The date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent update.
