Vue.js is an open-source model–view–viewmodel front end JavaScript framework for building user interfaces and single-page applications created by Evan You.

Vue is largy inspired by Angular but it’s much simpler than AngularJS, both in terms of API and design.

Here I would like to let you know about a book written by Damiano Fusco, an Italian first class software developer living in Florida.

The title of the book is “Large scale apps with Vue3 and typescript”

Outside of here you can find a lot of articles and sample code for Vue developers, but it’s very difficult, if not impossible, to find a book that guides the developer to write large scale applications with Vue.

As your project grows up, when the number of files increases you need to keep everything well organized , this is true for every software development platform, but it’s extremely true for web development.

Following step by step the example described in the book you’ll learn how to organize your code and your files since the beginning of your project and how to avoid cluttering code, chaotic files placements in your project and how to decide the best strategies to mock data, unit test and so on …

All this is a precious teaching which it is derived from several years of working experiences and by a lucid mind.

The book is available in English French, Russian and Italian.

I’m very glad to contribute to the Italian edition helping Damiano Fusco and Paola Covoli in the translation.

You can find the book in the LeanPub website here.
