Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
This policy explains how personal data is processed on sramp.com and its subdomains, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the sramp.com website, including its product pages, tutorials, blog and subdomains. Two categories of content have their own, more specific policies in addition to this one:
-
Tacho Converter (
tacho.sramp.com), which processes uploaded tachograph files and therefore handles personal data of drivers — see the Tacho Converter privacy policy. - The individual applications distributed from this site, each of which has its own policy describing what the app does on your device (see section 6).
3. Data processed through this website
This website is a static site: there are no user accounts, no registration, no contact forms and no login. We do not ask for, collect or store your name, e-mail address or any other identifying information. If you write to us by e-mail, we process only what you choose to send, for the sole purpose of answering you.
The hosting provider keeps standard server access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security and technical operation. These logs are managed by the provider as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR and are not used to build user profiles.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor analytics product on this site.
4. Cookies and advertising
Some pages of this site display advertising through Google AdSense — typically product pages, tutorials and the web-based tools. To serve ads, Google and its partners may store cookies or similar technologies on your device and process data such as your IP address, device identifier and the pages you visit, in order to select and measure ads.
Before any non-essential cookies are set you are shown a consent banner compliant with the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework. You can accept, refuse, or choose in detail which purposes to allow. Refusing does not restrict access to any part of the site; ads, where shown, will simply not be personalised.
You can change your choice at any time:
Reopen your preferences from the consent banner, or manage your Google ad settings from My Ad Center. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
For details on how Google processes this data, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
5. Third-party services
| Service | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting provider | Serving the website | Server access logs |
| Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) |
Advertising on some pages | Cookies and identifiers, subject to your consent |
| Google Search Console | Monitoring how the site is indexed | Aggregated, anonymous search data; no cookies, no individual visitor data |
6. Applications distributed from this site
The macOS, iOS and web applications published here are covered by their own privacy policies, which describe what each app does with data on your device:
- Altitude Explorer
- cnnct
- DirectionExplorer
- ForwardContact
- ScreenShotBuilder
- Sovecotech
- SWList
- SWLStation
- SWLTools
Downloading an application from this site does not require an account and does not transmit personal data to us.
7. Transfers outside the European Union
The website is served from infrastructure located in the European Union. Data collected by Google for advertising purposes may be transferred to the United States, on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.
8. Your rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR you have the right to:
- obtain confirmation that processing is taking place and access your data;
- request rectification or erasure;
- request restriction of, or object to, processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a structured, commonly used format;
- withdraw your advertising consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Because this site has no accounts and collects no identifying information, in most cases we hold nothing that can be linked to you as an individual, and there is therefore nothing for us to retrieve or erase. Requests concerning data held by Google in connection with advertising should be addressed to Google, or managed through My Ad Center.
To exercise your rights, write to info@sramp.com. If you believe the processing of your data infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority in your country of residence.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
